Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

Our PDF reports are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once a report is generated and delivered to your email or made available for download, the service is considered "consumed."

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full refund in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If a technical error on our side prevents the generation or delivery of your report, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same calculation due to a system glitch.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after the report has been generated.
• Errors in data entry made by the user (please double-check all inputs before final payment).
• Dissatisfaction with the calculation results, provided the tool functioned as described.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at dp@proleasecalc.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and the email address used for the transaction.
